MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling quote requests
- Drafting rate agreements
- Processing rate renewals
- Communicating with transportation partners in case of unforeseen events
- Establishing daily rates for completed shipments
- Collaborating closely with the pricing, billing, and sales teams
- Participating in the improvement of existing processes
PROFILE
- Education or experience in customer service, accounting, or transportation (an asset)
- Bilingual, both spoken and written (English and French)
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong data entry skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers
SCHEDULE
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
