At Transport Bourassa, we are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with customers to join our Order Entry team. Do you enjoy communicating, working accurately, and using English on a daily basis? You could be the person we are looking for!

    SCHEDULE

     

  • Permanent, full-time position;
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 100% on-site.

    REQUIREMENTS

     

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently (good typing skills: 45 words per minute);
  • Functional English skills, particularly when communicating with our English-speaking customers;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files at the same time.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Receive customer order requests by phone and email;
  • Understand and validate customer needs to ensure that all required information is complete;
  • Enter orders into the designated system;
  • Verify the accuracy of information before finalizing orders;
  • Answer customer questions and perform the necessary follow-ups;
  • Perform any other related duties required for the smooth operation of the department.
