MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and optimize transportation operations (pickups, deliveries, and returns);
- Ensure smooth operations throughout the supply chain, from shipper to consignee;
- Manage assignment changes;
- Assist drivers in their daily operations;
- Handle any issues that may impact customer service;
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Hold an AEC in Transportation Logistics or a D.E.P. in Road Transport (asset); experience in a similar role or as a driver;
- Bilingualism required (French/English), both spoken and written. (A basic knowledge of English is required in order to communicate verbally and in writing with our English-speaking clients).
- Resourceful, able to find solutions to various problems that may arise during the shift;
- Strong communication skills to relay information effectively;
- Good geographical knowledge;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and noisy environment.
SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
