MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Plan and optimize transportation operations (pickups, deliveries, and returns);
  • Ensure smooth operations throughout the supply chain, from shipper to consignee;
  • Manage assignment changes;
  • Assist drivers in their daily operations;
  • Handle any issues that may impact customer service;
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

 

REQUIRED PROFILE

 

  • Hold an AEC in Transportation Logistics or a D.E.P. in Road Transport (asset); experience in a similar role or as a driver;
  • Bilingualism required (French/English), both spoken and written. (A basic knowledge of English is required in order to communicate verbally and in writing with our English-speaking clients).
  • Resourceful, able to find solutions to various problems that may arise during the shift;
  • Strong communication skills to relay information effectively;
  • Good geographical knowledge;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and noisy environment.

 

SCHEDULE

 

  • Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
