MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and optimize transportation operations (pickups, deliveries, and returns)
- Ensure the smooth flow of the logistics chain from shipper to consignee
- Manage assignment changes
- Assist drivers in their daily operations
- Handle any issues that may impact customer service
- Perform all other related duties as required
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Hold an AEC in Transportation Logistics or a DEP in Road Transportation (asset)
- Have experience in a similar position
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (general communication with our clients)
- Be resourceful and able to find solutions to issues that arise during the shift
- Be a strong communicator to effectively relay information
- Have good geographical knowledge
- Ability to work in a dynamic and noisy environment

- From Sunday 9:00 PM to Friday morning 5:30 AM
