MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage clients’ merchandise inventory within the warehouse
- Create orders in our computer system to update inventory and generate bills of lading
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to all client requests received by email or phone
- Perform data entry in the system
- Manage the logistics of the warehouse dock doors
- For a specific client, create orders in the client’s SAP system to generate bills of lading
- Verify all information contained in the bills of lading by comparing them with client requests
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned
WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Intermediate English proficiency, as communication is required with our Canadian and American clients
- Versatile and resourceful
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong work ethic and motivation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Experience in a similar role (an asset)
- Training in accounting or administration (an asset)
