Our commitment to operational excellence is rooted in a talented and dynamic team. To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and proactive Customs Documentation Clerk to join our team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Verify customs paperwork
  • Enter upcoming shipments into the system to ensure all required customs information is available
  • Input port of entry information and forward the correct documentation to the broker
  • Resolve issues by finding and providing the necessary documentation to agencies to facilitate customs clearance
  • Create ACE entries including all necessary information (driver’s name, trailer, truck, etc.)
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned

 

PROFILE SOUGHT

 

  • High school diploma (DES) required
  • Experience in the transportation industry (an asset)
  • Bilingualism required (French/English), both spoken and written. A basic knowledge of English is required in order to communicate verbally and in writing with our English-speaking clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and accuracy

 

WORK SCHEDULE

 

  • Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 

WORK LOCATION

 

  • On-site in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu
