    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Participate in drafting, reviewing, and editing internal communications such as emails, memos, and letters
  • Provide administrative support to the executive office and various departments to ensure efficiency and smooth daily operations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations and/or meetings on various topics
  • Produce documents, letters, memos, reports, and other correspondence
  • Communicate regularly by email and phone in both French and English with internal and external clients and suppliers
  • Follow up and send reminders for ongoing files and deadlines
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required
  •  

    PROFILE

     

  • High school diploma, vocational diploma (DEP), or college certificate (AEC) in a relevant field
  • Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written (essential for communication with Canadian and U.S. clients)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrates initiative, discretion, rigor, autonomy, and professionalism
  • Excellent adaptability and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Sound judgment and resourcefulness
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities

    SCHEDULE

     

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
