Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • On-site position

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant;
  • Follow up on files, including deadline management and reminders;
  • Update, manage, and file administrative documents;
  • Enter and update data in internal systems;
  • Answer phone calls and emails while ensuring professional customer service;
  • Replace the receptionist during absences;
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations;
  • Perform any other related administrative tasks.

Required Profile

  • Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written (Canadian and U.S. clientele);
  • Excellent command of French and English, spoken and written;
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an asset;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
