SCHEDULE
- Evening position, Monday to Friday, from 12:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome drivers (U.S. and Ontario) prior to their departure.
- Provide keys and required documentation.
- Perform various clerical tasks.
- Ensure all drivers depart at the scheduled time.
- Coordinate operations and ensure efficient follow-up during the evening shift.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or coordination (an asset).
- Excellent command of both French and English.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and active environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good geographical knowledge.
