    WORK SCHEDULE

     

  • Employment status: Permanent, full-time position.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

    THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

     

    Are you organized, detail-oriented, and efficient? Do you take pride in doing things right and maintaining your concentration, even when performing repetitive tasks? You could be the person we are looking for!

     
    To succeed in this role, you will need to:

     

  • Work quickly and efficiently, with a typing speed of 45 words per minute;
  • Have a functional level of English for basic verbal and written communication when needed;
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail when entering and verifying information;
  • Be comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality;
  • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
  • Work independently and take pride in delivering reliable, accurate, and thorough work;
  • Demonstrate a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

     
    Every day, you will help ensure the smooth running of our operations by making sure that all documents and information required for deliveries are complete, accurate, and readily available.

    Your responsibilities will include:

     

  • Preparing the necessary documents for deliveries to support smooth operations;
  • Scanning documents and ensuring they are properly filed in the designated systems;
  • Reviewing files and documents to identify missing information or discrepancies;
  • Entering data into our internal software while ensuring information is accurate and up to date;
  • Following up with drivers or relevant individuals to obtain missing documents or information;
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure files are processed efficiently.
