Transport Bourassa, a rapidly growing company, is currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join its Road Safety and Compliance Department.

SCHEDULE
- Permanent, full-time position
- 5 days per week – Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 100% on-site
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bilingualism (to communicate with our English-speaking clients)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong typing speed and efficiency
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities
- Experience in road safety within a transportation company (a strong asset)
- Class 1 driver’s license (an asset)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Request Management Platform (FreshDesk)
- Receive and open new safety tickets
- Classify requests (compliance / accident / training / driver documents / TDG)
- Assign tickets to the appropriate personnel
- Ensure daily follow-ups on pending tickets
- Follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Close tickets once actions are completed
- Produce weekly reports on volume and turnaround times
Incident and Accident Management – Level 1
- Open reports in the system
- Compile documents (photos, reports, invoices)
- Assign severity and priority levels
- Follow up on internal requests related to claims
- Update statistical records
Document Management
- Scanning and filing
- Standardizing naming conventions
- Maintaining a centralized safety registry
- Supporting departmental projects
Administrative Support – Driver Files
- Update driver records
- File received documents
- Track deadlines (licenses, training, programs)
- Prepare documents for audits or inspections
Administrative Support – TDG Compliance
- Verify the presence of required documents
- Validate shipping documents
- Record and report recurring non-compliance issues
- Support operations with document retrieval
Administrative Monitoring of KPIs
- Compile basic data:
- Number of accidents
- Infractions
- Inspections
- Tickets processed
- Update simple dashboards
