Transport Bourassa, a rapidly growing company, is looking for a Compliance Agent to join its Road Safety Department team.

SCHEDULE
- Permanent, full-time position
- 5 days per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 100% on-site
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bilingual (communication with English-speaking clients)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good typing speed and execution efficiency
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and priority management
- Experience in road safety within a transportation company (a strong asset)
- Class 1 driver’s license (a strong asset)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Regulatory Compliance & Legal Monitoring
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to road transportation
Compliance File Management
- Maintain up-to-date driver files
- Follow up on infractions, notices of non-compliance, and audits
- Prepare and document files for inspections or interventions by authorities
- Review electronic logs daily, detect anomalies or non-compliance, and take prompt action with drivers to ensure regulatory compliance
Incident Management
- Participate in the analysis of road safety-related events
- Document incidents in the Freshdesk system
- Recommend corrective or disciplinary actions
- Ensure structured and thorough follow-up
Other Related Tasks
- Perform any other related duties as required
