Transport Bourassa is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to support management and contribute to the smooth operation of our internal activities. If you enjoy coordination, writing, and customer service, this position is for you.

    SCHEDULE

     

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on-site

    •  

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Assist with the drafting, proofreading, and editing of internal communications, including emails, memos, and letters;
  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments while ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of daily office activities;
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients;
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations and/or meetings on various topics;
  • Prepare documents, letters, memos, reports, and correspondence;
  • Handle customer billing;
  • Process invoice payments;
  • Communicate regularly by email and telephone, in both French and English, with internal and external clients as well as suppliers;
  • Follow up on ongoing files and ensure deadlines are met;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

     

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role;
  • High school diploma (DES), vocational diploma (DEP), or college certificate (AEC) in a relevant field;
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (Canadian and U.S. clientele);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Initiative, discretion, attention to detail, autonomy, and professionalism;
  • Excellent adaptability and communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Experience with billing follow-up and invoice payment processing;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, with strong organizational and planning skills.
