    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Respond to customer inquiries (deliveries, pickups, follow-ups, complaints)
  • Monitor shipments and deliveries
  • Support drivers with their daily operations
  • Coordinate with carriers to ensure deadlines are met
  • Verify pricing information and transportation terms and conditions
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and partners

    •  

    REQUIREMENTS

     

  • Customer service experience (an asset)
  • Bilingual (French / English) (constant communication with our customers)
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Fast execution and strong computer skills
  • Thoroughness, organization, and attention to detail
  • Transportation experience (a major asset)
