Transport Bourassa is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Pricing Department, the selected candidate will play a key role in developing transportation rates and preparing quotations for our customers across Quebec, Ontario, and the United States.

    WORK SCHEDULE

     

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • 100% on-site position; no remote work option available
  • Work location: Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Terminal, QC J3B 8G3

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Analyze quotation requests received from customers and sales representatives.
  • Establish transportation rates by considering various factors, including:
  • Distance to be traveled
  • Weight and dimensions of the freight
  • Required equipment
  • Operating costs
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers within the required deadlines.
  • Adjust transportation rates when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams.
  • Participate in rate negotiations to ensure the right balance between customer satisfaction and company profitability.

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent numerical skills.
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics industry (a strong asset).
  • Good knowledge of the geography of Quebec, Ontario, and major U.S. transportation corridors.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, to communicate with customers.
