The driver will be responsible for delivering and picking up freight for various customers in the Drummondville region and surrounding areas. Daily departures and returns are made from our terminal located in Drummondville.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Deliver and pick up freight from various customers within the assigned territory;
  • Assist with loading and unloading freight manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks when required;
  • Secure cargo using straps and load bars to ensure safe and stable transportation;
  • Verify that deliveries and pickups match customer orders and that freight is not damaged;
  • Use a mobile device to obtain and communicate information related to pickups and deliveries;
  • Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and report any issues detected during trips;
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

  • Valid Class 1 FM driver’s licence;
  • Experience with flatbed deliveries and pickups, including proper cargo securement according to safety regulations;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Strong organizational skills.

    WORK SCHEDULE

     

  • Monday to Friday.
