    WORK SCHEDULE

     

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Ensure rigorous follow-up on projects and deadlines
  • Coordinate activities, meetings, and priorities
  • Prepare, review, and format various documents (presentations, reports, communications)
  • Serve as the point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
  • Conduct necessary follow-ups to ensure progress on files
  • Provide proactive administrative support to optimize operational efficiency
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes
  • Perform any other related tasks as required

    PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

     
    We are seeking a curious, committed, and eager-to-learn individual who wants to grow and invest long-term within the organization.

     

  • High school diploma (DES), vocational diploma (DEP), or AEC in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of English (general communication with our Canadian and American clients)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with efficiency and precision
  • Strong sense of organization, priorities, and deadlines
  • Fast execution combined with high accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment, resourcefulness, initiative, and professionalism
