WHAT TO EXPECT

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries (deliveries, pickups, tracking, complaints)
- Monitor shipments and deliveries
- Support drivers in their daily operations
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure deadlines are met
- Verify pricing details and transportation conditions
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners
PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in customer service (an asset)
- Bilingualism (French/English) – ongoing communication with clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fast execution and strong computer skills
- Attention to detail, organization, and rigor
- Experience in transportation (a strong asset)
