Plaspak Warehousing, a division of Transport Bourassa, a rapidly growing company, is currently looking for an Administration and Logistics Technician to join its team.

WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Functional English (communication with clients)
- Versatile and resourceful
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Motivated and proactive attitude
- Attention to quality and detail
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Experience in a similar position (asset)
- Training in accounting or administration (asset)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer inventory within the warehouse
- Create orders in our computer system to update inventory and generate bills of lading
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests received by email or phone
- Perform data entry in the system
- Manage the logistics of the warehouse dock doors
- For a specific client, create orders in the client’s SAP system to generate bills of lading
- Verify all information contained in the bills of lading by comparing them with customer requests
- Perform any other related tasks that may be assigned
