CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICING AGENT (BILINGUAL) (Transportation and Logistics)

Working closely with the Vice President of Sales and Pricing, you will be responsible for processing quote requests, analyzing client needs, and ensuring the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of pricing agreements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a point of contact for assigned clients
• Perform close follow-ups on complex or problematic files
• Communicate regularly with clients by email and phone, in French and English
• Liaise with transportation partners in the event of unforeseen situations
• Process quote requests
• Establish daily transportation rates for completed shipments
• Handle pricing renewals
• Collaborate with pricing, sales, and billing teams
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant training or experience in customer service, pricing, accounting, or transportation (an asset)
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
• (regular communication with English-speaking clients and partners)
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Strong computer skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and rigor
• Comfort with numbers and data analysis
