WORK SCHEDULE

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • On-site position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the drafting, proofreading, and editing of internal communications such as emails, memos, and letters;
  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments, ensuring efficiency and smooth daily office operations;
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients;
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations and/or meetings on various topics;
  • Produce documents, letters, memos, reports, and correspondence;
  • Communicate regularly by email and phone, in French and English, with internal and external clients as well as suppliers;
  • Follow up on files and manage reminders for deadlines;
  • Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
  • High School Diploma (DES), DEP, or AEC in a relevant field;
  • Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written (Canadian and U.S. clientele);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Initiative, discretion, attention to detail, autonomy, and professionalism;
  • Strong adaptability and communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Good judgment and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with strong organizational and planning skills.
