MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond professionally and efficiently to customer requests by phone and email
- Follow up on orders to ensure smooth transportation operations
- Ensure compliance with established pricing conditions
- Establish daily transportation rates for completed shipments
- Process quotation requests
- Create and enter transportation orders according to customer needs
- Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments
- Provide occasional support to sales and pricing teams
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and practices
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- College diploma (DEC) – an asset
- Relevant training or experience in customer service and/or transportation – an asset
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (general communication with Canadian and U.S. customers)
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, rigor, and accuracy
SCHEDULE
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
