ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK (STUDENT POSITION)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create orders in our computer system to update inventory and generate Bills of Lading;
• Generate on a daily basis the list of orders customers wish to ship;
• Generate certificates of analysis when required;
• For a specific client, create orders in the client’s SAP system in order to generate Bills of Lading;
• Verify all information contained in the Bills of Lading by comparing them with customer requests;
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Be a student enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree, DEP, or DEC program in administration or logistics;
• Functional English (general communication with our Canadian and American customers);
• Be versatile and resourceful;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Position available immediately. Work schedule based on school availability;
• During Summer 2026:
• Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
