Transport Bourassa, a rapidly growing company, is looking for a WELDER to join our Building Maintenance Department.

    WORK SCHEDULE

     

  • Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    •  

    REQUIREMENTS

     

  • DEP in Welding or equivalent work experience;
  • Good ability to read and interpret plans;
  • Strong attention to detail and precision;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    •  

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Perform various MIG and TIG welding projects on our equipment, following the required steps (preparation, cleaning, finishing, polishing, etc.);
  • Read and interpret welding plans or technical specifications;
  • Participate in equipment optimization and improvement projects;
  • Inspect the quality of welds to ensure compliance with requirements;
  • Keep the work area clean and safe;
  • Perform any other related duties required as part of the position.
