In collaboration with the Vice President of Sales and Pricing, your main responsibilities will be to respond to customer quotation requests by analyzing their needs and ensuring the completion of all activities related to the preparation and follow-up of pricing agreements.

 

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

 

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • 100% on-site

    YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

     

  • Handling customer quotation requests according to their needs and adjusting rates when necessary;
  • Preparing pricing agreements for new customers;
  • Managing pricing renewals according to established standards;
  • Acting as a point of contact for selected customers throughout the delivery process and providing customer service;
  • Communicating with transportation partners in the event of unforeseen circumstances;
  • Establishing daily rates for completed shipments;
  • Working closely with the pricing, billing, and sales teams;
  • Participating in the improvement of existing processes.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

     

  • College diploma (DEC) is an asset;
  • Education or experience in customer service, accounting, or transportation is an asset;
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously;
  • Good keyboarding skills;
  • Detail-oriented and highly accurate;
  • Comfortable working with numbers.
