    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Plan and optimize transportation operations (pickups, deliveries, and returns);
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the logistics chain between shippers and consignees;
  • Make necessary adjustments to dispatch assignments based on operational needs;
  • Support drivers and respond to their operational needs during their shifts;
  • Act quickly to resolve situations that may affect customer service;
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

    PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

     

  • Hold an AEC in Transportation Logistics or a DEP in Truck Transportation (an asset);
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (general communication with our customers);
  • Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and excellent judgment;
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset;
  • Good geographical knowledge;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm and efficient in unexpected situations.

  • Sunday 9:00 p.m. to Friday 6:00 a.m.

    SALARY

     

  • Competitive salary based on experience;
  • Night shift premium offered in addition to the regular salary.
