    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accounting entries are accurate.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) according to established formats.
  • Compile and update data related to revenues, expenses, interest, and common fees for properties and transport operations.
  • Create dashboards and Excel files to assist analysts and controllers with profitability analysis.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable aging reports and flag significant discrepancies.
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
  • Support financial management in setting performance benchmarks (profitability by property, vehicle, project, etc.).
  • Carry out various accounting administrative support tasks (filing, database updates, document transmission).
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

    PROFILE SOUGHT

     

  • High school diploma (DES), DEP, or AEC in a relevant field
  • DEC or AEC in accounting required
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook and Excel
  • Intermediate English (for general communication with our Canadian and U.S. clients)
  • Demonstrates rigor, autonomy, and strong analytical skills
  • Shows integrity, respect, and confidentiality
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

    SCHEDULE

    • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
